Practice What You Preach

A leader should always strive to be an example of the lessons he/she are trying to pass down to their team(s). A team should also know the WHY behind the lessons.

As I grow my production team with more producers, songwriters, musicians, and engineers I have to be cognizant of how I represent myself. Instead of focusing on becoming a caricature and create a role that I have to play every single night. I’ve put my focus into becoming the type of person that is that very example. An uncomfortable process as I have to take in constant information and figure out how to apply it to grow.
