Taking on More Tasks Just Because You Can
Slow down. You’ve already accomplished everything you set out to do today. Keep in mind that you came up with the yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals to keep the momentum. The worse thing you can do is burnout and have to work 5X harder to get back to where you’re supposed to be.
