Artist/Producer Relations

A Novel of Unspoken Agreements and Miseducation Too many people are walking around here in uncertainty hoping that things work out. Before the internet you had to actually give someone a tape or CD to get your beats over to them. Nowadays, a dropbox link in a DM has cut the time in half to accomplish that. Back in the days in order to give someone a CD you had to actually meet them. Whether it was at their concert, a festival, radio station, meet and greet, or randomly at the mall you had to have face to face contact. Seeing, meeting, and touching someone increases the trust you have in each other tremendously. Today, you can have a hit record with a producer and not even know what they look like.
